SlowBurn is a grunge rock song, which my friend Rick and I recorded together over the internet. Rick and I met on the recording platform kompoz, where I had posted the track looking for a lead singer to contribute lead vocals to the song.
Rick liked the song and send me his vocal take on the song. I remember, when I first heard Rick's vocal take on the song I thought this is exactly the vocal sound I was looking for. Absolutely, great grungy rock vocals. The best thing was that Rick is from Toronto, Canada, so I had a chance to visit him and his family in the summer of 2022 when I visited family in Canada. I also went to one of his gigs with his rock band LittleSunday in Toronto. Great guys, great music, great show, great musicians. What more should I say. Great creaw to hang out with. |

Out of my Cage is another cool project with my dear friend Rick from Toronto, Canada. This song is a fast rock song with a grungy vibe. To give the song that deep dark grunge vibe the guitars and bass are dropped by 5 semitones, which makes the song rock hard.
However, the key elements to each rock song are great vocals, which were contributed by my friend Rick. Another amazing vocal performance by my friend. |

Push it hard is a classic rock song, which I had for very long on my mind. But it took me quite a while to finally record the song. When I was looking for a lead singer I remembered that my dear friend Hans had started to record cover songs with some of his musical friends.
I had known Hans for a long time when he was the lead singer of the Power House Band. We played great gigs together and have always been a fan of his voice. Hans recorded wrote great lyrics for the song and recorded great vocals. This was the first song we recorded together. |

Stand Ur Ground is the second song recorded with my friend Hans on vocals. With this song I was inspired to some extent by the famous Foo Fighters. I wanted to write a song with a quite verse and a chorus with big and loud guitars.
My friend Hans contributed some great vocals to this song. Really love this song. |

With the song Try 2 laugh Try 2 Cry I wanted to write a progressive rock song, which is longer than normal songs and consists of numerous parts. I asked Hans to write lyrics about the global warming and the massive floodings in Germany in 2021 close to where we live. Hans wrote some beautiful lyrics for the song and contributed again beautifully recorded rock vocals to this song
